my best friend is almost my height and about the same weight and she is doing everything like me, but isn’t losing any weight. she gets a good amount of sleep, drinks plenty of water (and nothing else), eats as much fruit and veggies as she can, eats breakfast, packs her meals / snacks before hand, gyms about two hours a day for five-six days, uses an online food diary, and tries to distance herself from carbs and fats as much as she can. What else is she doing that isn’t letting her get the progress she wants?
